How fast is the turnaround time?

Typical turnaround is up to 24 hours from scan upload to case review, followed by 10 business days for manufacturing and standard U.S. shipping times for approved cases.

Can I easily modify treatment plans?

Yes. With VISION, doctors can adjust final tooth positions directly in the portal and submit changes for replanning. Staging adjustments can be requested through comments, with our advanced staging engine recalculating precise results for the next revision. Doctors can review force visualization and use advanced tools that automatically detect and help avoid collisions, supporting safer and more predictable treatment planning.

How does SoftSmile ensure accuracy in treatment plans?

Every plan goes through AI-assisted modeling, but final approval always rests with the doctor. Our system includes tools like a Virtual Articulator to check occlusion, ensuring both function and esthetics are balanced before production.
