KOL Manager – Orthodontics & Events

A KOL Manager at SoftSmile is responsible for building and scaling relationships with leading orthodontists and dental professionals to amplify our brand, drive clinical trust, and support revenue growth through thought leadership and event strategy.

This role focuses on engaging Key Opinion Leaders across the U.S. and Europe: identifying, recruiting, and activating top clinicians through lectures, panels, webinars, product feedback loops, and major industry events (AAO, EOS, etc). You’ll work closely with marketing, clinical, and product teams to ensure KOL content and partnerships support SoftSmile’s commercial goals.

Success is measured by KOL network size, engagement rate, event impact, and resulting brand lift or revenue influence. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of orthodontics and clear aligners, and has experience managing clinical advocates or influencers in dental or medtech.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role with strong visibility and opportunity for growth.

Account Executive - Aligners

An Account Executive for SoftSmile’s aligner sales in NYC is responsible for driving new business by building strong relationships with general dentists and orthodontists.

The role focuses on field sales: identifying prospects, booking and leading meetings, presenting SoftSmile’s aligner solution, and closing contracts. Success is measured by monthly case adoption and revenue growth from assigned territories. The AE must combine deep product knowledge with consultative selling skills to position SoftSmile as the trusted partner for practices.

This is a quota-carrying role with high growth potential in a competitive market.
